Regular Sandwich:

2 ounces of chopped smoked pork on a toasted bun. Served with our mild sauce and fresh slaw.

Jumbo Sandwich:

4 ounces of chopped smoked pork on a toasted bun. Served with our mild sauce and fresh slaw.

Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers:

A quarter pound beef patty grill-fried and served on a toasted bun with your choice of toppings. Also available as a double burger and with bacon.

The Burger-Q:

A quarter pound beef patty fried and served on a toasted bun. Topped with American cheese, 2 ounces of chopped pork, and 2 slices of bacon.

Hot Dog:

A quarter pound hot dog, grilled open-faced and served with your choice of condiments.

The Double Dog:

2 of our hot dogs grilled open-faced and served on a toasted hamburger bun with your choice of condiments.

Grilled Cheese:

A classic favorite grilled with butter and 2 slices of American cheese.

BLT Sandwich:

Toasted bread with 3 slices of crisp bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato.

Chicken Sandwich:

A fried chicken patty served on a toasted bun with your choice of condiments.

Fish Sandwich:

A fried cod patty served on a toasted bun with your choice of condiments.

Dinner Plates

Regular Plate:

4 ounces of chopped smoked pork with sauce served with a roll, baked beans, slaw, and fries. Also available made as a sandwich.

Jumbo Plate:

6 ounces of chopped smoked pork with sauce served with a roll, baked beans, slaw, and fries. Also available made as a sandwich.

Catfish Plate:

2 pieces of fried farm-raised catfish served with hush puppies and 2 sides.

Chicken Tenders Plate:

3 fried chicken tenders served with 2 sides.

Barbecue Nachos:

A basket of chips topped with 4 ounces of chopped smoked pork, nacho cheese, and mild sauce. Baked beans, slaw, and jalapenos available on request.

Sides:

Crispy Fries, Onion Rings. Hush Puppies, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Corn-on-the-Cob

Egg Plates

Breakfast Plate:

1 or 2 eggs cooked to order, 3 slices of bacon or sausage patties, and 2 slices of toast or fresh biscuits.

Big Breakfast:

3 eggs cooked to order, 3 slices of bacon or sausage patties, and 2 slices of toast or fresh biscuits. Served with your choice of grits or milk gravy.

Country Ham Platter:

A 5 ounce center-cut slice of country ham served with 2 eggs cooked to order and your choice of 2 biscuits or toast.

Regular Ham Plate:

A 4 ounce grilled slice of regular ham served with 2 eggs cooked to order and your choice of 2 biscuits or toast.

Biscuits and Gravy:

Biscuits cut open and smothered in our fresh milk gravy. Available with 1 or 2 biscuits.

Sandwich Packs

6-Pack • 8-Pack • 12-Pack

All sandwich packs contain chopped smoked pork, slaw, sauce and buns to make the specified number of regular sandwiches. (Beans are not included)

Dinner Pack:

2 pounds of chopped pork, mild sauce, 1 quart of slaw, 1 quart of beans, and 16 regular buns.

Shoulder Special:

5 pounds of pork (available chopped, pulled or as a whole shoulder), 2 quarts of beans, 2 quarts of slaw, mild sauce, and 24 buns. (Generally feeds 15-20 adults)

We are happy to figure special orders for large groups. We can prepare your order to pick up; or we can set up and serve large parties (arrangements must be made in advance for service and delivery).
